Welcome to VistasVibes. By accessing our website and renting our premium Force Urbania vans or booking chauffeur-driven vehicles, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners.

1 Services and Booking Guidelines

VistasVibes provides premium chauffeur-driven luxury van rentals (Force Urbania) and taxi booking packages. To make a booking, clients must provide accurate information via our website forms, WhatsApp, or phone lines. Bookings are only confirmed upon payment of the required advance booking deposit.

2 Pricing and Extra Charges

All travel rates are quoted based on distance (per KM) or customized packages. Unless explicitly written in the contract, the following rules apply:

• Exclusions: Quoted estimates exclude toll taxes, state border taxes, parking fees, and driver allowances. These must be paid extra by the client as per actuals.
• Minimum Running: A minimum billing of 250 KM per day is applicable for outstation rentals.
• Overtime/Extra KMs: Kilometers and hours will be charged at the rate card's standard rates if travel exceeds target limits.

3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of bookings are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Advance deposits are fully or partially refundable depending on how early the cancellation is requested before the scheduled departure time.

4 Passenger Conduct and Safety

We prioritize customer safety and expect our passengers to adhere to safe travel standards:

• Smoking, carrying illegal substances, or consuming alcohol inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior by the client or their guests will be charged directly to the client.
• Our chauffeurs are highly experienced and have full authority to refuse service or route requests that jeopardize the safety of the vehicle or passengers.

5 Limitation of Liability

VistasVibes acts as a premium transportation service provider. We are not liable for travel delays caused by unavoidable circumstances such as traffic jams, landslides, heavy snowfall, mechanical breakdowns (where a replacement vehicle is arranged as soon as possible), or force majeure. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the booking amount paid to us.
