Refund & Cancellation Policy
At VistasVibes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide transparent, flexible, and fair cancellation and refund rules for all premium van rentals, luxury taxi bookings, and travel packages.
1. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, the request must be submitted via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the time elapsed between the cancellation request and the scheduled departure time:
- More than 72 hours prior to pickup: Full refund minus a small administrative/processing fee (10% of the booking deposit).
- Between 24 and 72 hours prior to pickup: 50% of the advance booking deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours prior to pickup: The advance booking deposit is non-refundable.
2. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation is approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method or bank account. Please note the following timelines:
- Refund approvals are decided within 48 business hours of receiving the request.
- The refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
3. Shortened Trips and No-Shows
No refunds or adjustments will be made for no-shows (failure to arrive at the designated pickup location within 60 minutes of the scheduled time) or for trips that are shortened or cancelled after departure.
4. Cancellations by VistasVibes
In rare circumstances where VistasVibes is forced to cancel a booking due to mechanical failures, driver emergencies, extreme weather, or government travel restrictions, we will offer a full 100% refund of all amounts paid or coordinate a replacement vehicle of equal or higher category at no extra charge.
